"The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you. The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. It was a comfortable bed. The bathroom was tiny (if you are using the toilet your legs are pretty much touching the shower). Very basic otherwise. The lobby and breakfast and pool areas were nice and lots of bikes to rent. "Very nice hotel with a fantastic location. Their web site does not give them the credit they deserve for the quality of the accomodation and perfect location. Rooms are small but everything is made with quality materials and fixtures. I recommend this hotel."

"Very nice hotel and super friendly staff. It’s relatively small, one on-site restaurant with excellent food (and many choices in town), nice pool and spa, very relaxing. We took the train to explore cinque terre (7 mins to Monterosso), but were glad to have a nice quiet hotel to return to at the end of the day. Highly recommended."
